Privacy Policy
Effective Date: May 7, 2026
Last Updated: May 7, 2026
At Global Staffing Hub ("we," "us," or "our"), privacy isn't a checkbox - it's part of the same governance discipline we apply to every engagement. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it.
This policy applies to globalstaffinghub.com, our demo and onboarding flows, and any services we provide under a signed contract.
1. Who We Are
Global Staffing Hub provides managed delivery pods, staff augmentation, AI integration, and workflow automation services to founders, CTOs, and growth-stage companies. We operate under U.S. contract jurisdiction, with delivery teams supported globally.
If you have any questions about this policy, you can reach us through the Book Call/Demo form on our homepage or the contact details listed at the end of this document.
2. Information We Collect
We only collect information that helps us evaluate fit, deliver work, or meet legal obligations.
Information you give us directly: when you book a call, request a demo, or fill out our contact form, we collect your full name, work email, company name, primary need (for example engineering capacity, AI/ML integration, workflow automation), and any details you share about your challenge.
Engagement information: once a contract is signed, we collect the information needed to deliver work - billing details, repository access credentials, project requirements, stakeholder contacts, and anything you choose to share through Slack, Jira, ClickUp, Notion, or other tools we integrate with.
Information collected automatically: when you visit our site, we automatically collect basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, referring URL, and timestamps. We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site functional and to understand how visitors use it.
Information from third parties: we may receive information from partners in our ecosystem (such as the Techstars alumni network, Google for Startups, Plug and Play, AWS Partner Network) and from contracting infrastructure providers like Deel and Remote.com (coming soon) when they're used to formalize engagements.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to respond to demo and call requests, send the 48-hour team proposal, deliver services under contract, run sprint planning and reporting, manage invoicing and payments, communicate operational updates, improve our website and offerings, and meet legal, tax, and security obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
We do not use your data to train third-party AI models.
Any data you share with us during an engagement remains your data, and IP assignment to the client occurs on Day 1 as part of our standard governance framework.
4. Legal Bases for Processing (GDPR)
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process your personal data under one or more of the following legal bases: your consent (for marketing communications and optional cookies), the performance of a contract (to deliver services you've engaged us for), our legitimate interests (operating and improving our business in a way that doesn't override your rights), and compliance with legal obligations.
5. How We Share Information
We share information only when necessary, and never for sale.
Service providers and subprocessors who help us run the business - cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure), communication and project management tools (Slack, ClickUp, Jira, Notion, Airtable), document execution (DocuSign), and contractor-of-record platforms (Deel, Remote.com - coming soon). These providers are bound by their own data protection terms and only access what they need to perform their function.
Our delivery team members working on your engagement, all of whom are individually bound by NDAs and confidentiality agreements covering your data, business logic, and proprietary information.
Legal and regulatory authorities, when we're required to disclose information by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights, our clients, or the public.
In the context of a business transfer, such as a merger or acquisition, in which case we'll notify affected clients before any transfer takes effect.
6. Data Security
We follow OWASP Top 10 security practices across our delivery work and apply the same standards internally. Sensitive data handling aligns with GDPR and CCPA frameworks, and a security audit is available on request for active engagements.
That said, no system is perfectly secure. We work hard to protect your information, but we can't guarantee absolute security and we encourage you to use strong, unique passwords and to share sensitive credentials through secure channels only.
7. Data Retention
We keep personal information only as long as we need it.
Demo and contact form submissions are retained for up to 24 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Engagement records - contracts, deliverables, invoices, and code - are retained according to your contract terms and applicable legal requirements (typically 7 years for financial records).
Aggregated, anonymized analytics may be kept indefinitely.
8. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, correct inaccurate information, delete your information, object to or restrict processing, withdraw consent at any time, request a portable copy of your data, and opt out of marketing communications.
California residents have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know what categories of personal information we have collected, the right to delete, the right to correct, and the right to opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of personal information (we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA).
To exercise any of these rights, contact us through the form on our homepage or the email listed below. We'll respond within 30 days.
9. International Data Transfers
Our delivery teams operate from multiple regions, and the tools we rely on (AWS, Slack, OpenAI, and others) may store data in the United States or other countries.
When we transfer data internationally, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or rely on adequacy decisions where available.
10. Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies for three purposes: to keep the site working (essential), to understand traffic and improve the experience (analytics), and to remember your preferences.
You can disable cookies through your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not function correctly if you do.
11. Children's Privacy
Our services are intended for businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us and we'll delete it promptly.
12. Third-Party Links
Our site links to partner organizations, tools, and ecosystem networks. We're not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties - please review their policies separately.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as our services evolve or as the law requires. When we make material changes, we'll update the "Last Updated" date at the top and, where appropriate, notify active clients directly.
Continued use of our site or services after an update means you accept the revised policy.
